Ingeneus completes software training with its clients

Ingeneus has recently conducted successful training for major clients in software developed exclusively for our medical products.

The development cycle for the software included all the steps required for medical software development by the new Directive 2007/47/EC introduced into the European Parliament on 5 September 2007, amending the Medical Device Directive (MDD) 93/42/EEC.

The software was written in C# (C sharp) within a Windows XPe (embedded) operating environment. It has high and low level port control accessing all the available IO, including  USB 2.0 ports, serial ports, CF flash and bit level control of the GPIO ports on a single board computer.

The course was conducted in India during early 2010. “This training highlights our capability of not only developing high level software for our clients, but also our business model of helping clients to grow and build their own complimentary capability,” comments Engineering Manager Yemon Chambers, “That’s what sets Ingeneus apart – we like to see our clients grow so together we can bring superior products to market that enhance the user’s experience.”
