Through its wholly owned subsidiary Medical Manufacturers (MM), Ingeneus has developed a unique "Manufacture by Agreement" system. It offers clients developing medical devices the opportunity to leverage its FDA compliant, ISO 13485:2016 certified and European MDD/MDR compliant Quality Management System (QMS) by engaging Ingeneus/MM as their Legal Manufacturer.

The QMS covers a large range of activities and is currently transitioning to the new European MDR. Ingeneus' system provides greater flexibility for clients and reduces their financial burden, as Ingeneus/MM deals with the QMS, regulatory compliance requirements and manufacturing of the product.
